Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on solrejewelry.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.


Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective or damaged
  • The item received is incorrect (not what was ordered)
  • The order was not delivered and non-delivery is confirmed by the carrier's tracking record

Refunds are not available for change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with size or style.


Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within the following timeframes from the date of delivery:

  • United States and all other regions: 7 days
  • European Union: 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Right of Withdrawal)

Requests submitted outside of these timeframes will not be accepted.


How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted through our return portal: https://return.wisecommerce.io/solre

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, clear photographic evidence must be provided at the time of submission. Refund requests submitted without supporting evidence will not be processed.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale or promotional items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items returned without original packaging

Return Shipping

Unless the refund request is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging.

Solre Jewelry does not operate overseas warehouses. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.


Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, or once a refund request has been verified (for cases where return of the item is not required), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

The following are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Customs duties and import taxes
  • Foreign transaction fees

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, customers must notify Solre Jewelry within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of receiving return approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items returned under the Right of Withdrawal must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging intact. Solre Jewelry reserves the right to make a partial refund or decline a refund if the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics.


Reservation of Rights

Solre Jewelry reserves the right to refuse refund requests that, in our reasonable judgement, appear to misuse or abuse this policy. All requests are reviewed individually.
