Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for most destinations, and within 14 days for customers in the European Union. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in all original packaging. Please note that earrings are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@solrejewelry.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and offer the most appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund or replacement. In most cases, you will not need to return the item.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at hello@solrejewelry.com.

All Solre Jewelry pieces are crafted with a brass base. Our silver-toned pieces feature a rhodium color finish for a bright, polished look. Our gold-toned pieces are finished through an electroplating process followed by PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating — delivering a rich gold tone with superior durability and lasting color.
Our pieces are not made of solid gold or silver. However, our gold-toned pieces feature a genuine gold layer applied through an electroplating process, finished with PVD coating for lasting durability. Our silver-toned pieces feature a genuine rhodium layer for a bright, polished finish. All pieces are crafted on a brass base.
Our pieces are crafted with rhodium or PVD gold color plating over a brass base. PVD plating is significantly more durable than standard gold plating, which means the protective coating stays intact longer — reducing direct contact between the base metal and your skin. That said, individual sensitivities vary. If you have a known metal allergy — particularly to brass or copper — we recommend reviewing our materials carefully before purchasing. If you experience any skin reaction after wearing, please discontinue use immediately.
