Each case is reviewed individually. We will offer the most appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the item in most cases.
If your tracking shows no delivery update for an extended period, please contact us at hello@solrejewelry.com and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
Return processing begins once your package has been delivered to our facility.
As Solre Jewelry does not operate overseas warehouses, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If the error was on our part, Solre Jewelry will cover all re-shipping costs.
At this time, Solre Jewelry does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please submit a return request for the original purchase. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item, subject to availability.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable return shipping costs.
Please note that original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
